About Me & My Work

My work is rooted in the understanding that healing happens in relationship — when we are seen, understood, and supported in a safe, attuned space. For over two decades, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals and couples uncover the deeper patterns that shape their lives and relationships, and to develop new ways of connecting with themselves and others.

A central influence in my development was my long relationship with Amanda Curtin, the founder and author of the Relationship Recovery Process (RRP) model. I first entered Amanda’s group as a participant in 2000, and later trained under her as an intern until 2007. Those seven years were profoundly formative. Through both my own healing and Amanda’s mentorship, I witnessed the power of this model to reach the roots of early trauma and foster genuine repair. I continue to integrate the principles of the Relationship Recovery Process into every aspect of my practice, because I believe it is one of the most effective and compassionate frameworks available for healing childhood and relational trauma.

In my facilitation, I combine the structure and insight of the RRP model with a warm, intuitive presence. My approach is collaborative and grounded — inviting honesty, self-awareness, and courage, while maintaining a spirit of humor and humanity. I hold the process with both reverence and lightness, helping people access the deeper truths that make transformation possible.

I’ve spent my career immersed in the study of relationships, group process, and emotional development. My background in psychotherapy, combined with decades of group facilitation, has given me a deep appreciation for the courage it takes to engage in this work. Whether I’m working with individuals, couples, or therapists in supervision, my goal is the same: to create spaces where people can safely explore their patterns, rediscover connection, and experience the relief of being fully known.
